As well as carrying out electrical installation projects we can provide Project Management Services. Larger projects come under legislation laid down by the CDM (Construction Design & Management) Regulations. These regulations are very strict with regard to procedure and on site management of Health & Safety. An example of which is the refurbishment of the Journalist Training Centre at BBC Bristol. The scope of this project was Electrical and Mechanical (Heating & Air Conditioning) installation as well as managing the project and dealing with the planning supervisor, the end client and their designer. The building contractor and specialist services, i.e Glass Partitioning, were sub-contracted, verified and managed by ourselves.
