Our core activity is Planned Preventative Maintenance and this is available on a mobile or residential basis.

Mobile Planned Preventative Maintenance offer services ranging from air conditioning maintenance to boiler servicing, from water treatment monitoring to fire alarm testing. Breakdown response is also provided by our teams; guaranteeing a fast fault finding service and we endeavour to return to full working order with minimum down-time.

As a provider of facilities maintenance we will regularly update our customers of change of legislation and make them aware of their statutory obligation and how it affects them.

Maintenance contracts are negotiable and can be annual or extended long term with preferential rates. We can maintain as little as a single boiler or as much as a full package covering all aspects of the building services. All maintenance tasks are carried out strictly in accordance with the HVCA standard service specifications, manufacture instruction and British Standards.
